Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with a Maná purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund and exchange policies below.
Maná will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price (plus applicable tax if prepaid) of new or gently used products that are returned by a customer within fifteen (30) days of purchase from the company, less shipping costs.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, unless the return is a result of our error (wrong products sent). Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
Returns and Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method with in 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your band or credit card company to process your refund to you. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Mana monitors return activity by customers for abuse and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity form a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that Mana will no longer accept any returns for that customer with or without a receipt.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@manabynature.com if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Mana’s discretion.
New Condition
Products shall be deemed new if each of the following elements is satisfied: 1) they are unopened and unused; 2) packaging and labeling have not been altered or damaged; 3) the product and packaging are in a condition such that it is a commercially reasonable practice within the trade to sell the merchandise at full price; 4) the product expiration date has not elapsed; and 5) the product contains current Mana labeling.
Any products that Mana discloses prior to purchase that the products are seasonal, discontinued, limited time offers, special promotion products or gift cards are not subject to the Return Policy.
Label Return of Damaged or Incorrectly Sent Products
Mana will exchange products if the returned products were received by the purchaser in damaged condition or were incorrectly sent. Such products must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. Whenever possible, returned products will be replaced with undamaged products. However, when an exchange is not feasible, the Mana reserves the right to issue a credit for the amount of the exchanged products.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
