Shipping Policy + Returns
We ship via UPS and Canada Post. We do our best to get your order out within 3-9 business days of receipt. All packages are shipped and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping times vary according to the distances of destination.
Tracking Numbers
You should receive a follow up email after you order with a tracking number. If you for some reason do not receive it, kindly email us at hello@manabynature.come and we will be happy to forward you the number!
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package did not arrive but your tracking number has confirmed delivery, then we will have our shipping center open a service ticket with the Shipping Supplier to investigate.
Lost/Stolen Packages
If you have not received your package 24 hours after it is marked as delivered, we encourage you to file a missing package claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. protection.
Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, we can re-ship your order for a flat rate re-shipping fee.
